World Of Warcraft Gold
December 29th, 2009 | by admin |WoW gold is necessary to buy supplies to further your trade skills. For example, if you decided to train in either alchemy or leatherworking, you will require items to make spells and armor. You can either train in a complementary gathering skill such as herbalism and skinning or use your World of Warcraft gold to purchase the necessary supplies from others.
Newer players, however, face a steep curve in trying to acquire World of Warcraft gold. Low-level monsters, like those that you will face for the first 20 or so levels, may occasionally drop a piece of silver. More often than not, however, they will drop copper or no WOW money at all. Similarly, you need to invest days of play in order to build up your trade skills to the point that you can use them to make fast gold.
At all levels of the game, there are strategies that some players and guides will advocate for making WOW gold. If your character’s level is between 20 and 30, you may try engaging in linen cloth farming in Westfall or search for cat figurines in North Darkshore to quickly make WOW gold. As your character’s level increases, there are more activities in which you can engage to make WOW gold, such as going after elite monsters.
While seeking out WOW gold through methods that do not progress the story may seem boring, there are many reasons why it is necessary. If you want to buy a mount for your character, you will need hundreds of pieces of WOW gold. More powerful weapons and armor are also particularly costly, and essential for later in the game.
Whether it’s to purchase a set of armor that will increase your strength and stamina or to buy a mount so that you can travel across the continents quickly, buying World of Warcraft gold lets you focus on the particular parts of the game that you most enjoy. If you like PvP combat but need to buy items to complete a quest, you can purchase WOW gold and buy what you need from other players. You can also try powerleveling services as a means of generating WOW gold within the game.
You can also use your World of Warcraft gold to purchase and repair your weapons and armor. Over the course of battles, your armor will become damaged, and the amount of damage that the components can receive is based on their durability. If the durability of an item reaches zero, that item will no longer be of use to you. In the case of armor, you will no longer receive the protection that it would normally afford you.
If you do not want to spend your time gathering herbs and creating potions, you can pay World of Warcraft gold to other players in the auction house. Many upper-level players who have large stashes of WOW gold will not bother to gather ingredients, as it is often more time efficient for them simply to pay a premium to other players for finished products. Regardless of your level, you can acquire World of Warcraft gold from gold providers so that you can buy the items you need to progress through the game at the speed you desire.

Mining and Skinning professions can make you good money
without
funding criminals,
sites where you buy gold get their gold from hacking peoples accounts.

herbalism gives u a crap load of money. also, skinning. enchanting costs way to much to start nad be a goood chanter. dont do chanting unless you have alot of gold ur willing to put into it. skinning, herbs for money. if u want something that goes hand in hand, do mining and blacksmithing, or herbalism and alchemy, leatherworking and skinning. etc.

allright theyve got it all wrong. do NOT buy gold. i know a guy that works for blizzard and they really do find out about this and youll get banned when they catch you. get skinning as a proffesion. skin your way to like 375. then go to northrend and kill things and skin em. youll get these skins that sell for some gold each. they add up youll make a few hundred gold an hour. or mine till 375 and mine adamantite and cobalt. thanks and plz gimme the best awnser

well a lot of good advice here, i will echo some of it then add some more tips
stay away from gold buying – same reasons listed above
forget skinning really- not as big of a money maker as mining and herbalism as far as gathering professions because outland leathers have almost zero value now.
Other things depend on what level you are and what you can do, i.e. if your already in northrend then I would suggest farming frostweave cloth, drops like mad in a few spots and a great money makers as well as some of the northrend meat – raiders want this stuff like mad
There’s some other great ideas but this should get you started
This site is a great resource for learning more about this stuff

anyone who says to buy gold, dont listen to them, i used to do it and seriously regret it now i see how easy it is to earn it.
the main way i make my gold is daily quests, do as many as you have time for in a day, now in WOTLK i can easy make 300g from dailies everyday. another method is to "farm" the auction house. this is a more complex method and will take some setting up. i use an addon called auctioneer, this will simply scan the AH and find items that are selling for less than they should, you then simply buy the item and sell it for more!

imo, there is this place in storm peaks near the anvil (for daily). The fire elementals there have a good drop rate for crystallized fire and vendor trash. Additionally, their respawn rate is amazing! Round up a bunch, aoe them down, loot, rinse & repeat! I have to add that this will only work effectively if the competition is low when you decide to farm. Go there at like 2 am for 10 pm when people are either raiding or sleeping. Good luck!
p.s. On my server, if there’s no competition, i can easily get 1000g an hour

There’s no real way to get gold very easily. You could sell a bunch of stuff, or if you’re a mage, sell ports or level your professions and make things for people. Or you can run around and kill stuff for silver. Running Sunken Temple gets you like 10g per run.

Like most people said, the best way to make gold is with gathering: mining, herbalism, skinning, fishing, even farming cooking mats or cloth can make you a ton. Believe me, I’ve made quite a few characters on more than one server, and I’ve been able to afford epic flyers for five characters in less than a year with out buying gold!
Here are some of my tips:
1. Dedicate time to gather mats. Thirty minutes or so a day should be plenty.
2. Since most people are in Northrend now, there is a high supply of Northrend mats in the AH. Try farming Outland and or even Pre B.C. mats. There is less of a chance that you’ll be bothered, and you might just be able to command the market for an item in the AH since not many people are selling it.
3. Try finding items that are easy to farm and easy to sell. For example, fishing for deviate fish in the Barrens is really simple. In half and hour you can get about 2 stacks and can usually sell them for 10-20g a stack, more if your lucky.
4. Be familiar with the AH and the average prices for items that you’re selling. If one day an item is being sold for less than usual, don’t be afraid to wait a while before you sell it. After a day or two it might go back to normal or even sell for more.
5. The same thing goes for selling gear and other dropped or crafted items. It’s a good idea to check Thott, Wowhead, or any of those other sites to see how much they usually go for before selling them in the AH. This is to avoid underpricing your items. Also, if you are able to spot other people underpricing an item, you can buy it out and resell it for more.
There are other tricks to making money on the AH, like buying pets and other vendor items like recipes or books, and selling them for a lot more, but I always feel guilty for doing that.
Anyway, if you feel gathering mats and learning to use the AH effectively takes too much time away from your gameplay, doing dailys and old quests that you haven’t completed from Outland and Northrend gives tons of gold if you’re 80 or don’t gain XP from them anymore. If not, you can always offer to run lowbies through low level instances. Not much fun, but gold is gold, right?
Hehe… wow, I didn’t mean for my answer to be so long. Oh well, I hope it helped!

Aside from buying it illegally…. Haha. Well, i think the easiest way is to choose Enchanting as your profession. Literally EVERY class can (and should) use some enchantments. Farming the materials isn’t that hard either. If your in a decent guild lots of the materials will be in the Guild Vault too. I hope this helps.

I have found that area’s that don’t have a flying mount, for herbs and mining on my realm prices have gone way up. Everyone seems to be mining and herbalizing where they can fly with their epics. Go to an area where you can’t fly and some of those herbs and minerals are selling for a lot more.

Mining is still the best and easiest way to get some gold early on in the game. WOTLK has definitely changed things up some because everything is a bit more pricey but the concept is the same just on a larger scale.
I wouldn’t recommend buying gold cause you might the ban hammer. I found the following articles somewhat helpful on getting going with mining/blacksmithing in WOTLK. I would also recommend a google search, there are some free sites that give a some info on making gold

Forget everything that any one else said to you and listen up lol. the best way to get gold in wow is to simply quest, you quest the death out of a zone complete all the quests in a zone and move on to the next zone. while your questing you can use adons like wow econ that will show you the vendor value of quest reward items so you can choose the most valuable one to vendor , some times plate wont sell for more than the mail piece or your not sure which 2 hander sells for the most. Also collect all your frost weave drops, do not auction stacks of frost weave. instead hold onto them find a tailor and have them make it into greens for you , than take those stacks of greens to a an enchanter and have them disenchant them for you. than put the enchanting mats on the auction house. same thing if you happen to be a miner or a skinner you take those skins and ores to a black smith and a leather worker , have them make you some greens shard em and put the mats on the auction house. Dont vendor your greens. LVL 80 green vendors for at the most about 8g , lvl 80 green shards for at the mos 5 infinite dust or some times 3 grater cosmic essence. 1 infinite dust auctions for 5-7g for just one.
